Hosts symposiums and equity talks throughout the year. Partners with the Midwest and Plains Equity Center for training and professional development resources. Work is centered around the tenets of Pacific Education Group's Courageous Conversations about Race. Staff and student equity teams are embedded within individual schools. Summer 2020, Kansas Association of School Boards and USA Kansas partnered with Topeka Public Schools to present a series of equity talks related to equitable access of services and opportunities for all students and families.
