Congratulations to Topeka United's Mosaic Partner Pairs class of 2021!

On December 15, 2021, we held the inaugural Mosaic Partnership celebration luncheon. Thank you so much to all of our funders-( Hill’s Pet Nutrition, U.S. Bank, Topeka Community Foundation, Kansas Gas Service, Envista Credit Union, AARP Kansas, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas), leadership advisory members, coaches, facilitators and all of the partner pairs! Without you, none of this would be possible. A special thanks to Sunflower Foundation for hosting our event, Chef Reda Elazri for the exquisite meal from Tagine, AARP Kansas for funding and Kim Hughes (Ledbetter) and her team at Prairie Glass Studio for creating the beautiful Mosaic awards presented to all of the participants.

Topeka United’s Mosaic Partner Pairs Project With all the division our country has faced the past few months, it might seem like we are moving farther apart from each other. A project in Topeka, Kansas is working to change that – with the belief that creating a better future starts with individual relationships in our neighborhoods. The Mosaic Partner Pairs project is breaking down barriers and uniting the community one relationship at a time. Karen Hiller and Dr. Beryl New share how the process is working.
